For the very last edition of the Art Bazaar on December 11th, we've invited art collective ReKult to encourage you to remember your best times spent at our club and write them down for an instant zine called ‘Memories of Trouw’!
Contributors each have one page to write or draw their memories and at the end of the evening they can pick-up a free copy full of memories to bring home. This is a sincere and accessible way for everybody to share in an analog way, personal and collective stories, which make up part of their lives and, at the same time, are part of the collective memory of the club, closing its doors at the end of the year.
‘Memories of Trouw’ is photocopied on the spot, hot from the press, which connects beautifully with the original purpose of the building, where the printing presses of prominent Dutch newspaper Trouw were located. The black-and-white feel of the photocopied zine also resonates with the dystopian monochromatic architecture of the surroundings.
Entrance for the Art Bazaar is completely free. Doors open at 18.00!
