In the restaurant of TrouwAmsterdam almost all meals are prepared with strictly organic ingredients. The restaurant is open five days a week (Tuesday till Saturday) for diner from 6.30pm – 11pm and during club nights on weekends till 2am. Our chef Henk-Jan van Valkenburg and his team cook the best organic food there is on a daily basis. A special feature of the kitchen is the super grill, which you can easily look at from your seat while your food is prepared. At the restaurant of Trouw all meals are prepared following Mediterranean traditions but with extra attention to the seasons, local products and small-scale suppliers.
During the summer our beautiful TrouwTerrace is open from 3pm till late. And if the weather allows it, we’ll even put the grill outside for a proper barbeque. While relaxing with your feet on the grass, you can enjoy our fresh grilled fish and meat, lovely vegetables, homemade ice tea, cocktails and Mediterranean snacks.
