The restaurant of Trouw is open five days a week for diner (6.30 pm – 11pm) and during club nights on weekends till 2 am. Our chef Jaymz Pool (11, Inez IPSC, Inderdit, Born to Cook) serves international street food, all done in his own style. No greasy snacks or cheap muck, but a variety of middle sized and international dishes that proof that the best place to eat anywhere in the world is in the street: simple, pure, fair and affordable. Think of grilled marques from Marrakech, Vietnamese Pho Bo-soup, Bangkok satay, tortillas from Mexico, the sky is the limit. Just like in the street, you eat in a vibrant and dynamic surrounding and have eye contact with the cooks that prepare the food with woks and a special charcoal grill. The taste, speed and simplicity of the street is combined with the comfort of the restaurant.
