Make your own liquor at the Food Bazaar

Make your own liquor at the Food Bazaar

14-06-2014 | 11.21

A Food Bazaar is not only the place for excellent cuisine, but also delicious alcoholic beverages. One of our favorite drinks is the Rabarcello of Mister Kitchen, made of rhubarb. Do you want to learn how you can make your own liquor out of vegetables or fruit? Well, we got you covered, because Mister Kitchen will be giving a Cello workshop on Thursday June 19th to teach you how to make your own liquor.

In his workshop Mister Kitchen, the creator of the 'Dutch Spirit’ Rabarcello made of fresh rhubarb, will tell you about his adventure that led to the creation and production of his unique rhubarb drink. During this workshop he’ll also teach you how you can make a cello (a homemade liquor) out of vegetables or fruit. Mister Kitchen will give you a bottle so you can take home your custom-made liquor in order to let it infuse for several weeks. The workshops by Mister Kitchen cost €10 per person and will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes, starting at 18:00. 19:00 and 20:00.

This means that there’ll be three Cello workshops during the Food Bazaar and the number of participants is limited. Don’t wait too long with signing up, so send us a mail at info@trouwamsterdam.nl with the caption Cello workshop Mister Kitchen.
