Our chef Simo Bouabgha creates a new menu every season with a huge diversity of vegetable dishes. You won’t eat a traditional starter and main course at Trouw, but you will share all kinds of small and medium sized dishes with your table companions such as artichoke with mojo verde or kohlrabi salad with sweet-and-sour red and yellow carrot, beetroot-sesame crème and purslane. Honest, responsible and delicious food.
