Many visitors of our restaurant have asked for the secret to our hummus. We're always willing to share our secrets with you and we'll continue to do so with the recipe cards you can take with you when visiting our restaurant. But our chef wanted to do something special for our hummus and would like to teach you how to make your very own at the Night Bazaar on April the 26th.
Our chef Simo Bouabgha is from the south of Morocco and made his way to Amsterdam through Rabat and Barcelona. Maybe that's why he's so good in make the typical Mediterranean/Middle-Eastern dish called hummus. The right combination of herbs, spices, fresh lemon juice, the best olive oil and boiled chick peas: Simo knows how it's done. That's why he'll be at the Night Bazaar to teach you this classic dish.
Do you want to make hummus with our chef? Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before Thursday the 25th of April containing the time you want to follow the workshop. Simo will give three workshops: at 19.30, 20.30 and 21.30. The price? You can decide for yourself! And of course you get the take your home-made hummus with you. See you on the 26th!
