Trouw shares her culinary secrets

For the ones who have been living under a rock for the past months, Trouw has, since the reopening of their new restaurant in September 2011, made many mouths water. Vegetables are the stars in our restaurant. Parsnips, fennel or eggplant, our chef Lucas Scholvinck know’s how to handle them. At Trouw you don’t eat traditional maincourses or entrees, but you share all sorts of small and medium-sized tapas dishes.

Because our motto "Trouw is yours" also holds for the restaurant it comes naturally that we take the concept of sharing food one step further. In the coming months, you will receive with each dinner one of our recipes in the form of a recipe card. Each month there will be two recipe cards in circulation. So spend your time this summer on our terrace and save them all! We assume of course that you are really going to make these dishes at home. Post a photo of your dish on our Facebook page and you have a chance to win a dinner in Trouw.

Trouw's restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30 pm.
